Chapters in Prism UI

Prism UI players now make full use of a video's chapters. Any Prism UI player showing a video with a chapters text track gets the following.

• Chapter markers. The progress bar shows a small marker at the start of each chapter.
• Chapter titles while scrubbing. Hovering over or dragging along the seek bar shows the chapter's name next to the time, for example "03:24 | Opening Titles". This appears in the thumbnail preview and, on players without scrubbing thumbnails, in the plain time display.
• A new chapters menu. The Chapters button opens a list of the video's chapters, each with a thumbnail, its title and its start time. The current chapter is highlighted, and opening the menu moves focus to it. Choosing a chapter seeks to its start.

Each chapter's thumbnail is the video's scrubbing thumbnail at the chapter's start time, so a chapter that begins on a black or transition frame shows that frame. When a video has chapters in more than one language, Prism UI uses the chapters in the player's language.

Fixes

• [Core] Fix an issue where, on videos with chapters in more than one language, the default skin's Chapters menu listed whichever chapters track had been added to the video last, rather than the chapters in the player's language.
• [Prism UI] Fix an issue where long menus were cut off on players 600 px wide or narrower. The Settings and Audio Descriptions menus now keep their header in place and scroll the list, so every item can be reached.
• [Prism UI] Fix an issue where, near the ends of the seek bar, the scrubbing preview showed a different time and thumbnail from the point a click would seek to.
• [Prism UI] Fix an issue where the seek bar handle trailed the playhead by half its width. The handle is now centred on the playhead.
