Fixes

• [Prism UI] Fix an issue where, with the player border enabled, the title, control bar and side controls stayed inset from the screen edge in fullscreen, leaving a thin strip of video visible around them.
• [Prism UI] Fix an issue where the bottom corners of the control bar did not follow the rounded inner edge of the player border, so on translucent themes the border visibly overlapped the control bar at each corner.
• [Prism UI] Fix an issue where the Captions Settings dialog was sized relative to the browser window rather than the player, so it could be taller than the player in fullscreen or in small embeds.
• [Prism UI] Fix an issue where changing the player language while the Captions Settings dialog was open added a second Reset and Done footer and discarded the viewer's caption styling choices. Those choices now survive a language change.
