Fixes

• Configuration for omidAccessModeRules has been brought into line with the latest IMA3 SDK requirements.
• Addresses an issue whereby content change during an ad break would sometimes cause a short flash of content playback before the next preroll.
• If content is changed during an ad break, the changed-to content (and any preroll) will now only play if autoplay is enabled.
